Salvation

GOD’S WORD TEACHES THAT...

God has a purpose for our life
God is a spiritual being who is both holy and loving. He loves everyone and desires a personal relationship with each individual.
(John 3:16) "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."

However, we have a major problem
We are born into this world without a personal relationship with God because we are sinners. Our sin carries the penalty of spiritual separation from God, both in this life and throughout eternity, unless we are rescued.
(Romans 3:23) "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;"
(Romans 6:23) "For the wages of sin is death...."

God has provided a solution for our problem
Because God loves us, He provides a way to forgive our sin and bring us into a personal relationship with Him. Jesus died for us and was later resurrected from the dead.
(Romans 5:8) "But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us."
(Romans 4:25) "Who was delivered for our offences, and was raised again for our justification.”
(Romans 6:23) ...the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”

We need to respond to God’s offer
We must individually accept His forgiveness and establish a relationship with Him through faith in what God has done through Jesus Christ.
(Romans 10:9) "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved."
(Romans 10:13) "For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved."

We encourage you to accept Christ today as your personal Savior and receive His gift of eternal life. Please let us know if we can help you with that decision.
